Il suffit de laisser le temps au même complexe musculaire vaginal qui soutenait le futur enfant, de faire quelques "étirements", comme l'on fait le matin avec nos bras et nos jambes, ce qui en général, avec un peu d'application, ne prend que quelques minutes, et le tour est joué... (^_^)
